According to family legend, Hannah Smith-Houghton was engaged to be married to Charlie but he was killed in Frannce three minutes before the end of World War 1. Chares Rowland Blakemore was the grandson of Charles Blakemore (Senior), through James Manley Blekemore (Junior)!
